Before the treatment

● A full consultation and medical history review will be carried out prior to any travel vaccination

● Book well ahead of your trip, ideally 4-6 weeks before departure, as some vaccines require time to take effect

● Bring details of your destination, itinerary, and any previous vaccination history to your appointment

Aftercare

● Mild redness, tenderness, or a small bruise at the injection site may occur - this typically resolves within a day or two

● Some vaccines may cause mild, short-lived flu-like symptoms - this is a normal immune response

● Stay well hydrated for the rest of the day following your vaccination

● Allow enough time before travel for your vaccination to take full effect, as advised by your clinician
