3. Eligibility for Treatment

5. Bookings and Payments

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

19. Treatment-Specific Terms & Conditions
19.1 Anti-Wrinkle Injections (Botulinum Toxin / “Botox”)

Anti-wrinkle treatments are prescription-only medications and may only be administered following a consultation and prescription by a qualified prescriber.

Results typically develop over several days and may vary between individuals.

A review appointment may be offered 2–3 weeks post-treatment; any additional treatment (“top-up”) may incur additional charges unless otherwise stated.

Results are temporary and not guaranteed.

Side effects may include (but are not limited to): bruising, swelling, headache, asymmetry
19.2 Dermal Fillers

Dermal fillers are medical-grade products used to restore volume and contour.

Results are not permanent and will gradually break down

Swelling, bruising, and asymmetry are common and temporary

In rare cases, complications (including vascular occlusion) may occur
The clinic will:

Offer emergency contact procedures where applicable
Any corrective treatment or dissolving may incur additional cost unless clinically indicated.
19.3 Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) Treatments

PRP involves using your own blood to promote skin or hair rejuvenation.

You acknowledge that:

Results are gradual and vary significantly

Multiple sessions are typically required

No outcome is guaranteed
You confirm:

You are not contraindicated (e.g. blood disorders, infections)

You understand the procedure, including blood drawing and re-injection
PRP is a regenerative treatment and should not be viewed as a substitute for medical treatment.
19.4 IV Drip Therapy / Vitamin Infusions

They are not a substitute for medical treatment or diagnosis

Dermiology Aesthetics Clinic – General Conditions
1. Provision of Services
Dermiology Aesthetics Clinic reserves the right to refuse or decline treatment where it is deemed clinically inappropriate, unsafe, or not in the patient’s best interests. This includes situations where:

A suitable medical consultation has not been completed;

Informed consent cannot be obtained; or
-
The patient does not meet treatment suitability criteria.
All treatments are subject to clinical assessment, practitioner discretion, and compliance with UK medical and aesthetic regulations, including requirements for face-to-face consultations for prescription-only treatments where applicable. 1
2. Patient Information, Consent & Data Handling
By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that:

You will provide accurate and complete medical and personal information;

You understand that aesthetic treatments carry risks, which will be explained during consultation in line with UK consent standards (e.g. Montgomery principles);

You will provide explicit, informed consent prior to treatment.
All personal data, including medical records and images (e.g. before-and-after photographs), will be processed in accordance with:

5. Payment Terms

Payment is required in full on the day of treatment unless otherwise agreed.

Deposits may be required to secure appointments and may be non-refundable in accordance with clinic cancellation policy.

Any underpayment or pricing error may be corrected, and the outstanding balance will remain payable.
6. Licensing, Compliance & Practitioner Standards
Dermiology Aesthetics Clinic operates in line with current and emerging UK regulatory frameworks, including:

Government licensing requirements for non-surgical cosmetic procedures;

Local authority licensing standards;
-
Use of appropriately trained and qualified practitioners;

Where treatments involve prescription-only medicines:

Promotions:

8. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it is unlawful to do so, including liability for:

Liability is limited to the value of the treatment provided, where legally permitted.

9. Consumer Rights & Fair Use
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK law, including:

The right to services performed with reasonable care and skill;

Under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, we ensure:

11. Entire Agreement
These Terms, alongside our Privacy Policy and Consent Forms, form the entire agreement between you and Dermiology Aesthetics Clinic and supersede all prior communications.
